Jessica and James was founded By Jewellery Designer Charlotte Jessica in 2019
'I have always been creative. I used to make my own jewellery and give it to friends and family as gifts. I started getting asked for custom pieces which resulted in me opening an etsy shop in 2019 in my spare time. It started to do really well so I thought id take the plunge and set up my own website.
I couldn't believe it but people around the world started buying my jewellery. It was the best feeling seeing everyone walking around in jewellery that I had designed and made from scratch myself. It still makes my heart burst now and im forever grateful to every single person who supports us..'
In October 2023 Charlotte rebranded as Jessica and James Stylelab. The world of permanent jewellery was beginning to be a major trend in the UK after going viral in the USA on tiktok. She wanted to create a bespoke permanent jewellery experience where everyone is invited to come and get the chance to design their own unique jewellery in person at an affordable price.
Being experienced jewellers really sets us apart from the crowd. When visiting us your safety, the experience itself and the quality of the jewellery are our highest priority. Your eyes are protected from the weld with specialist safety glasses and your skin is protected at all times. We only use the highest quality materials and our chains are fully waterproof, will not tarnish, rust or irritate your skin.

Its not just about the end result, its the experience of being able to come down in person to choose something special that is so meaningful to you rather than just purchasing something online that anyone can buy. Sharing the experience with friends, your parents, or partner creates memories and bonds that is completely different to just receiving a piece of jewellery.
Whether you choose matching or something different, It is looking at your ankle, wrist or fingers and remembering that jewellery designing experience and the special bond between you.

I cant believe how far we have come as a brand with customers all over the world. Opening the stylelab in Uttoxeter has been amazing and feels like a dream. The Love Hannah studio is the perfect space for us and im having the best time being able to see all my lovely customers in person.'
